India has Free Trade Agreements (FTA) with about 54 countries. All this has created a huge demand for Shipping & Logistics experts.Because of this, there is a constant demand for qualified logistics experts.
It is expected that there would be another 1.2 million new job opportunities as purchasing agents/ logisticians, supply chain analysts / consultants , distribution managers, operations managers, warehouse supervisors and more.
Logistics coordinators can often take on managerial roles, which lead to logistics or supply chain director roles. Inventory and regional managers can become operations managers before being promoted to operations director or supply chain manager.
