Job Description

  1. Processing of enquiries received
  2. Uploading the leads into Transorze ERP, regular follow-ups based on the scheduled date and updating status.
  3. Sending mails, SMS and Whatsapp to interested candidates
  4. Call cold/warm leads (as provided)
  5. Get candidates to walk-into the office
  6. Daily reports to be sent to respective heads as per format
  7. Counsel candidates (from all sources) and convert to admissions
  8. Call candidates for follow-up.
  9. Ensuring the fees collected on time.
  10. Assist candidates after admissions for getting proper training.
  11. Co-ordinate with placement team for ensuring their students placed.
  12. Collect testimonials from their candidates
  13. Organize events at the centre along with staffs and students

Gender : Female Only

Qualification : Any bachelor degree

Need Good Communication skill in English, Malayalam Mandatory

Knowledge in Tamil/Hindi and respective languages will be posted respectively

The Business Development Manager shall be based in Kochi and shall be responsible for the profitability for Transorze Solutions.

The incumbent should be strongly grounded in business development, sales & marketing, customer relations, B2B, Franchisee / channel management, operations, finance, and HR.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth

· Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

· Researching prospective accounts in target markets

· Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle

· Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients

· Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals

· Training business development staff

· Attending conferences and industry events

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹240,000.00 – ₹360,000.00 per year

* Manage all accounting operations based on accounting
principles
* Collect, analyze and summarize account information
* Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet,
