Responsibilities and Duties
· Able to handle accounts bookkeeping.
· To assist in account transactions, checking, and verification.
· Fee payment follow-up.
· Maintenance of daily accounts.
· Maintenance of attendance.
· Facility management.
· Purchase management.
· Support to HR
· Track stocks of office supplies
· Assist colleagues whenever necessary
· Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record-
keeping.
Preferred Skills
· Good communication(English and Malayalam preferably) and
interpersonal abilities
· Preference to male candidates
· Familiarity with office management procedures
· Good working knowledge of MS Office specifically MS
Excel
· B.com or any related graduation preferred
· Ready to travel for official purpose
· Must have Driving License(2 Wheeler license is required)
