The Business Development Manager shall be based in Kochi and shall be responsible for the profitability for Transorze Solutions.
The incumbent should be strongly grounded in business development, sales & marketing, customer relations, B2B, Franchisee / channel management, operations, finance, and HR.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
· Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
· Researching prospective accounts in target markets
· Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
· Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
· Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
· Training business development staff
· Attending conferences and industry events
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹240,000.00 – ₹360,000.00 per year
